200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance
I hear a lot of people say that they would love to do yoga, but that they aren't "flexible enough" or "athletic enough". The irony of this statement is that the practice of yoga itself emphasizes and cultivates the act of self-acceptance -- welcoming yourself as you are, and therefore any version of you is always enough for yoga.Â
As a former athlete myself, I also used to think that the only option for physical wellness required pushing my body painfully past its limits. This is a common misconception in Western culture in terms of physical wellness. As a yoga teacher, I can help you figure out what style of yoga works best for you and how to integrate yoga into your individual experience, whether you are looking to enhance your athletic performance, find space and support during pregnancy, or are just looking for a way to relieve stress and anxiety. I can help you navigate your unique journey to well-being.
Thank you so much for being here!
